A statue, maybe. The original use of the word "muse" came from ancient times when they were worshipped as beings who provided inspiration to writers and artists, after all, and they were usually sculpted as lovely mares.

Though, somehow I don't think your purpose in life is to give a human in another universe inspiration for writing, Sweetie.

Well, the point of being here, that is to say in the community we're in right now, is to let you talk to your mun like you just did, and then have other "muses" come along and comment on what you said, maybe offer advice, or just talk. The point in this role-playing on a wider aspect is for our various mundanes to attempt to represent us as best they can to a bunch of other humans doing the exact same thing.

... It's one of those things that makes a lot more sense when you've done it for a while.
