yet another voicetest
With all due respect, mun, seeing as you are the closest equivalent I have to a Prince at the moment unfortunately... I am not sure my "super power" should involve cinnamon buns in any fashion. They are very distracting. Innnng. Besides, I believe my tailblade is more than adequate.
Perhaps you should reconsider? It is simply a suggestion.
On a similar note, I question the wisdom of this Animorphs Movie Night you keep suggesting. It appears to be the opposite of discreet. Besides, I believe finishing my application should take higher priority.

What did the others tell you? I have been informed that is inappropriate not to wear, ruh, shirts!

[ Oh god Ax hahahaha Collette taps her chin. ]
Well yeah, it pretty much always is when you're a girl, but guys can be shirtless at like... the pool, or the beach, or on really hot days around where they live. My brother never wore a shirt when he was mowing the lawn during the summer.
[ Primarily to show off, which Collette had thought was hysterical at the time, because her brother was trying to show off and he really didn't need to. He was coolbeans, chicks should already know that! ]
You're not supposed to go shopping or to a restaurant without a shirt on. It's too distracting. And not sanitary.
this is officially the most hideous thread
[ Why, no. He could not sound more huffy he tried. ]
So, in human culture, a bare chest is... some sort of status symbol? Lull? That makes no sense. Perhaps if you chose to walk around wearing armor - far more sensible than shirts, by the way, at least the discomfort would serve a purrrrpose - it would be somewhat logical. Kuh-ull.
[ Shaking his head at you, humanity, shaking his head. ]
You know, I keep hearing that, about it being distracting. But I have never understood why.
god I shouldn't be cracking up over this (yes it is)
Status symbol? [ She shakes her head, laughing. ] No, no! Comfort symbol, sometimes, like with the heat or when you're swimming? If you think armor is cool, though, you're in the wrong era.
[ She presses her lips together. Of course the Andalite won't know why it's distracting. And that's funny if understandable. ]
Uh, think of it like... okay, so what's something an Andalite finds attractive about another Andalite? [ She pauses. ] Physically attractive.
ugh honestly who would laugh at this (oh yes, yes it is)
[ If you thought he was blushing hard before... ]
Although that would explain many of the things I have seen on "Days of Our Lives" and the "Young and the Restless". I was wondering what the purpose of those shirtless scenes were... they did not seem to serve the plot. Tuh.
evil people mostly i find (83)
Hey, you brought us back here, I was happy talking about... whatever else we were talking about. Explosions? High speed outrunning of avalanches?
[ No. No, that's just hopeful thinking. You were discussing no such thing. ]
No, that's definitely not plot service. Preeeeetty sure that's called fan service.
whatever i am an angel (:3)
You were the one who brought up Andalite courtship, as I recall. All. I would much rather discuss explosions.
[ Man, humans, just when he thinks he has you figured out... ] For which fans, precisely? Lee?
i admire you heavenly horns (>3)
[ Collette blinks -- wondering if he's thinking like. Cooling fans. Handheld fans. Mechanical fans also know as deathtraps. ]
Whatever fans -- you know, people who watch the series -- want to look at guys without shirts on?
why thank you (>D)
[ He was, in fact, thinking of exactly those kind of fans. Very confusing. ]
Oh. That sort of fan. An. Nuh. I... think I get it now.
you are so very welcome (8D)
[ She mock sighs, not caring one way or another. Having fans is kind of cool. That means people like you, right? Or maybe not. She's never had any, won't have any, and in this moment, doesn't particularly care. ]
Technically you're a fan. SO it's kind of fan-service for you too.

[ Aw, Collette. Surely some historian will take interest in you obscure someday. For now, marvel upon Ax's vaguely offended face. ]
I'm not... really interested.
[ Humans are gross. Except when he's in human morph. ]
no subject
[ Inwardly amused. ]
Yeah, for some reason I don't think that kind of stuff is really geared toward an Andalite viewing audience.
