I think Twilight Sparkle is simply upset that you do not read her fanfictions.

But Rarity says that you are responsible for the war, and if it weren't for Molestia keeping things balanced, then you would be a power-mad tyrant wanting to make everyone into rainbows and cupcakes.

Maybe Fluttershy programmed her to say that.
