wishing bitterly for a Nomad... (the canon is Middens.)
Oh, I do admire your dedication to your cause, mademoiselle. ^_^
Although I now find myself no longer in need of a finger to pull my trigger, the companionship was something that I now find myself sorely lacking, and his dear naivete has quite grown on me.
[There's something hollow about the sugary-sweet way the revolver speaks of its old companion, something dark in its eyes that doesn't seem touched by the nearly permanent smile on its face. The expression almost looks as though it's stretched tightly enough to snap if it were jarred.]
I wonder... how has his second life begun, and what does he intend to use it for? Curious, very curious. Many are only given a single chance, a single life to waste away with frivolities, yet he's been fortunate enough to've been gifted another.
And all he had to do to gain it was to betray his dear and only friend, to reject the gift of freedom he was offered.
:)
