I gotta say, I'm impressed by how quickly you decided to pick me back up, let alone make a whole bunch of icons after you saw that new Dragon Ball Z movie! Super Saiyan God's grown on you, huh?

I did, a bit. She asked because she wanted to surprise her Vegeta for Father's Day. [Chuckling, she looks over at Grumpy and back to Goku.] And we met when he was new to Luceti and tearing at his wings. I didn't think it'd be terribly nice to leave a newcomer to suffer in ignorance, so I went and helped him.

[Just have a growl, Goku, when you nudge him. A glare and a growl. BUT AS FOR YOU, SAORI...MAKE HIM TURN RED AGAIN WHY DON'T YOU...]

Hey! Enough! [He doesn't want to be talked about like this!] There's to be no more discussion of myself or anything that has to do with those infernal Malnosso! [Saori has triggered the Anime Smoke Swirls above his head, and he can't have any of that.]

[he just laughs when Vegeta acts up the way he does. but instead of making fun of him some more, he turns his attention to Saori again]

Well I'm glad that if anyone helped Vegeta, it was someone as nice as you! We Saiyans can be pretty stubborn.

[He's not too sure. He's letting his doubts get the better of him, unsure if they could even do anything about it together. It seemed hopeless to him. Why bother when it was so clearly obvious that there was nothing that could be done? That very world seemed to be the one thing that could even stop him, and it stopped Goku, and he doesn't even know it...]

Listen...there's something you must know. This wouldn't be the first time you've been to Luceti, though you may not remember it. And you were still rendered useless. However...

...the two of us never attempted anything on the barrier together. [Even he knew now, when they bothered to work together, they could achieve almost anything. [he listens to Vegeta as he explains that he'd been there before. to no avail of course. he should have known- but his face lights up when he sees the same old prideful smirk return to the Prince's face. and Goku can't help but pump himself up in anticipation]

Alright! That's the Saiyan Prince I know, Vegeta! And if that doesn't work, we'll find a way together.

Oh? [he nods and smiles, grateful to the goddess and happy to know that if he arrives in Luceti, he'd have a great ally in her too] Thank you, Saori.

[That enthusiasm. Man how it used to piss him off so much. Not so much anymore. His arms fold as he grins at his old friend; never put it past Kakarot to look at the bright side of things no matter how bad they looked.]

Ha! Those fools won't know what hit them. We aren't the mightiest race in the universe for sitting around like couch potatoes. Why don't we show them what Saiyans can do, Kakarot.

[Folding her arms in front of her, Saori smiles. Mortals were always a delight, so full of fire and life and enthusiasm. It's why she likes Vegeta, really. He may be disrespectful but he's also just...he's so alive. She can't help but respect that.]

I can hardly wait. Maybe working together we can find a way to break down the prison. Then we can take the war into our own hands.

Right. [an authorative nod, grinning in sheer joy at being reunited with his friends, and possibly making new ones. above all else though, perhaps there was more to learn from this new world. new techniques, new levels of power he could reach...!] Man, all of this talk really has me in the--
