If you're going to find me a game let's lay out a few ground rules:

1) No weird place like a space station or medieval castle.

2) No monsters. I don't want you to get me killed. I don't trust you to keep my back.

3) No place where you need to sleep around to survive.

If you do this then I can work with it. I'm sick of this dump. Let's flamin' do something, somewhere other than here. Beats collecting dust in the corner of your sick head.

No monsters? [There's a pause before a hint of a grin plays his lips. And then comes the laugh, low and throaty. He spreads his hands.]

My dear man, they are all about you. Only some are... better hidden... than others.

I was talking about the sort of mindless monster which attack and kill people. Seems like a popular part in some of these "games". I can defend myself against human scum just fine but not zombies and dragons.

Arm yourself properly, and perhaps even you might stand a chance. The dragon, however... [He breaks off, agreeing with a chuckle.] ... shall give you trouble. But such is life, isn't it? The weak die, and only the strongest and quickest shall last.

[Scowls back.] I am not weak. But not everyone is taught how to wield a flippin' sword in their canon. I got my fists and I can do some severe damage with 'em if I'm in the mood.

Oh, don't be so cross~. Have you the will, you can learn how to deliver the simplest of blows, my dear man, and without managing to slit your own throat first. [A giggle escapes him.] There is little keeping you but yourself.

[He rests his chin contemplatively in his hand, smiling.]

...Seen many battles, have you?

[Still frowning but more out of annoyance than anything else.] 'Course I can if someone ought to train me. But I still would prefer to stay away from places like that.

I have been in a few scrapes in my time.

[His expression seems bland and bored but for the lift of his eyebrows.]

How exciting. Any of which you have particularly enjoyed?

[Frowns slightly.] They deserved to get beat up so yeah I enjoyed it. [Except for that one time he beat Paddy up or punched Jackson. But he'll keep that bit of information to himself. There's a slight shift in his mood however but it's quickly over again.]
