You know, mun-lady, I am flattered that you decided to pick me of all people to share your head space. I do have experience in it and am gentle with fairer sex. [ Except Zorin, may she rot in hell.. Pip lights a smoke, exhales around a genial grin. ] But there is one issue I would like speak with you about should you be feeling generous.
You see the vampire in here is not the vampire I'd like to be sharing with. [ The Captain looks over his shoulder and maybe pales a little. ] And I think you've had Alucard in the box for too long. He's looking a bit hungry and if I'm going to be a snack, I'd rather find my dear Seras sucking on my neck.
So, what are my chances of a different rooming assignment?

[AKA an anti-social psychopath, but like he'll say that out loud. ]
Ah, but who this vision that comes down from heaven to speak to my humble self?
[ Ohhhh Pip if you only knew. ]

[ and that earns a brief, charmed laugh. ] I fear I have fallen as far from heaven as one might expect. Even so-- [ she offers her fingers, an archaic, ladylike gesture. ] --you may call me Mina.
no subject
Ahhh, Mina. What a lovely name! If only my Seras had not already stolen my heart. I am Captain Pip Bernadotte, leader of the Wild Geese, at your service.
[ Complete with the sweep of his hat from his head as he bowed.
Although. ]
You, know Alucard?
[ There's a curious note in his voice since he's certain he's never seen this one around the manor. ]

[ her lips curve again, small and faintly amused. ] I knew Vlad. Very well indeed, actually. But I'm acquainted with what he's become since then. Little wonder how he's changed, given what was done.

[Ear twitch; the tip of his tail gives a lazy swish behind him.]
Out of one box and into another, and all. Sometimes a change of scenery does wonders. [and as an afterthought] Welcome to the headspace.
/peeeeeeeeeeers
You ahhh, haven't spent much time around Alucard have you? The only change of scenery he wants involves lots of things to kill. And I do mean a lot as in hundreds since several dozen heavily armed men took him about five minutes to annihilate and I'm pretty sure he was purposefully taking his time with that.
[ Those poor Brazilian bastards. ]
/slumps obnoxiously on
Only a few weeks, give or take. [Or something like that; time outside of Wonderland is weird.] But there are plenty of places that aren't so uptight about killing
as long as he doesn't do it all at once... I think, but then again the Management like to change the rules a lot from what I hear.[Chinhanding that :|a]
In any case, I haven't heard about anybody getting forked in the eye since he left porn city; it's all very tragic. [Kanyeshrug. He's joking, I swear.]
no subject
Forked in the... porn city.... Mon Dieu, tell me no more. I knew my mun wasn't the most rational of people, but...
[ No it doesn't bear thinking about. Pip wipes a hand over his face with a groan. ]
I am in so much trouble. Can I please go back to fighting over powered vampires? Or just resting in the head of my beautiful Seras Victoria. Why must this happen to me?
no subject
All muns are crazy, man. It's practically their job description. [Think about it, Pip. Thiiink about iiiiiit.] At least you got a cool one, though, so no complaining.
...unless you get sent to Ariel.
[He would laugh, negl.]

[ Pip waves his hands wildly and with no small bit of fear. ]
Don't say that, ma cherie, Alucard takes particular exception to pop culture's representation of vampires, and I'd rather he not take that out on me.
[ Pip already got ripped apart by one crazy ass vampire, thank you. ]

Trucy is now stuck with this icon forever
[ Pip swallows and PRAYS the vampire isn't listening to this conversation. ]
He's really not the kind to take that sort of thing lightly.
she is okay with this
[ Too bad she's laughing at YOU, Pip. ]
...
Can I throw glitter on him?

Besides the sweet Seras Victoria is most welcome to invade my personal space anytime she likes.
no subject
I will be so bold as to presume this 'Alucard' ain't half as pretty as this lovely miss Victoria of yours, then?
no subject
[Well, for most. The old man had grown quite acclimated to the vampire early-on, but he has seen enough of how others react to Alucard to have a good understanding of why someone might be a touch nervous at such a prospect.]
Unfortunately, as memory serves, Miss Seras has a bit of trouble accepting the concept of drinking blood. Unless, that is, she has finally moved past it during my time away?
[There is at his last words a tiny inflection of hope. He had been duly concerned over her eating habits ever since she had found herself enlisted in their little vampire-hunting organization. Such a difficult girl... Kind, but difficult.]

[ Pip draws out a cigarette with a curious look at the Hellsing butler. ]
You could say that she did. [ But the good Captain doesn’t go into details. It was a rather – personal – event and apparently not the only one of which the man doesn’t know. ] As for Alucard – yes, living in here with him is – how best to say this? – disturbing as fuck all?
no subject
Come now, Captain Bernadotte. I trust you will be able to adapt, given time. [He hadn't exactly picked the Wild Geese out of a drawing hat when he was deciding who to hire on to replace their operatives lost in the attack on the manor and the Twelve.]
And if you do continue to have trouble, you are welcome to ask for guidance on the matter.
