Look— you can stop laughing at the whole 'just one trip' part. I realize it's a joke for you and all the rest but I honestly meant only one.

Don't get me wrong though. I am glad I was able to help the Doctor save Oren and Tessa. It's a lot to take in and that life isn't for me, but I don't regret going with him this one time. It's just that all of this excitement between what happened a month ago and this whole adventure now is more than enough to last me a lifetime. I can make a difference back home and that's what I intend to do.

So the sooner whoever it is that thought it would be a wonderful idea to kidnap me would let me go, the better. This isn't exactly how I pictured going about the new year barely two months into it.

Be thankful your "just one trip" actually was just one trip. I've heard plenty of nagging from a certain somebody in the TARDIS about going back to Heathrow.

At least you went entirely by choice. I was... assigned... to the Doctor. I don't regret it, though we did have our struggles at the beginning.

I really do try to get people home when they want to be. The TARDIS just has...other ideas!
