I mean it. No sarcasm, for once - I really think we're gonna be alright. You were worried about icons, but, mashalla, you made a pretty good set given you didn't even have what I looked like pinned down. You worried about the application and got it in on time anyway. Clearly, we're working well together. I'll be the one with dashing good looks and super powers, and you'll be the brains of the outfit. Kinda like my parents, except we're not so conservative and neither of us own sweatervests.

So, my app. You need to quit worrying about whether it'll be accepted. If it isn't, there's next month, which gives you all of September to voicetest me until even I'm tired of talking. We've got this whole show on the road. No worries on my end, so long as you don't go down the angst road with me. I don't exactly make a habit of showing my heart to the world. You may have been right about wanting to take on a darker character, but you picked me. Wise choice. My backstory isn't a mile and a half long like most characters you like.

Just relax and go to bed. Get some sleep, and you can fiddle with icons later.

At least one of you see it that way. Perhaps it is for the better. It appears not many are fond of jumping into circumstances they know nothing about – something which is very common in a place such as this, non?

It isn't that I like the idea of jumping into the unknown. But if that's how it's going to be, I'm not going to complain, I'm going to do my best and make the best out of it. I know that other people are nervous. I can understand that. But that's not me.

She should, but right now she's kind of bummed over the lack of responses to my comments and thinking she shouldn't have done an OC.

I do not blame her. Uncertainty does not so easily disappear with every word of encouragement. I do apologize, however, for my own Mundane. She has been...how shall I say this, distracted? Many things to attend to, and many more she had forgotten to answer.

It's alright. Your mun isn't the only one with a lot going on, you know? It's all cool. Besides, mine had to go do revisions to my app for the mods, mashallah. Hopefully her efforts haven't been in vain.

Yes. No. Well, she got into the politics of my world a lot, and I don't really like the way it's getting her hyped to play another character from my 'canon' when she hasn't even gotten me in yet.

Even I can recognize a bad idea from time to time.
