Oh yes! Basil helped me find my father after he was kidnapped by a mean old rat! He's a brilliant detective!

Well, my father and I used to live in London. But then we moved somewhere else before I came here.

A brilliant detective, that's Chip all right. He modeled himself after Mr. Basil, I don't know if I could stand two of 'em in the same room. He's a little, um... bull headed.
