What I can or cannot do makes no difference. It was always paranoia.
There was no way for them to know that their secrets were safe, with me around. And they were right, after all. There was nothing they could conceal from me.
The rules of your "game" may not allow me to see into them anymore, but there is no changing what people think. Nor do I want to, while things are easier. It's become peaceful.
Must you make such an ill-fated effort? I'll tell you what I'd tell any other human or youkai: turn back now.

Can you not see into your own mun's mind? I would think even without your powers those thoughts would be blatantly transparent.
