I'd only use them on Peter. He's the only person I know who would deserve them. Or, well, not as much deserve them as, well. He'd only respond to physical retaliation. Anything else just rolls off of him. I'd either have to completely destroy his reputation, which is rather the nuclear option, or find some tweak to physically control him.

Most people just ignore me, which is probably better in the long run, however, Peter is the problem.

At least Team Mun has decided to kick my apparent Evil Twin to the curb. Because seriously, the time for that bombshell is not four seasons in when I have a much older brother.

How can you all of a sudden have a twin? I mean, that makes no sense. You'd remember having a twin, wouldn't you? My creator's done some really frelling strange things, but at least he didn't try to magically create other people that didn't exist. When he created others, he fit them in holes.

The timelines were shit, but what can you do?

I'd remember having a twin, however vaguely. Joshua would remember having more than one damn sister - to be fair, they haven't specified what the age gap is, if there is one, but my mun figures twin makes the most sense with some of the background info. I also wasn't in the damn car, and after three years with a twinless backstory my mun's in no hurry to do the contortions to make it work.
Just as well, really. We deal in weird, not Cirque.
(I know from timelines, actually. They tried to retcon my age and retcon the show's overall timeline into two years, which... not so much. Mun chose the older age when she went in, and the time crunch is a recent addition.)
Besides, if she was that much Bad News Bears when we were like seven, they could've just bronzed her and had done with it. Not like I hang out there figuring out what everyone's in for.

I think your creators are almost worse than mine. Granted, my creator admitted that he doesn't know how to age characters and that he can't timeline. At least yours think they know what they're doing, even though they don't? Actually, ignore that. I don't know which is worse.

Wait. What's being bronzed? Is that... what I think it is?

[Le shrug.] Eh, they also don't know from geography. I just want to know what Artifact they have us using and why we never use it when time is of the essence.

As for bronzing... yes, it's exactly as D-colon as it sounds. I don't like it myself and Joshua wants to destroy the thing, but for the hypothetical Evil Twin argument, there's precedent. I don't know why they aren't following their own rules.

They don't... no. I don't want to know. If someone is going to write a science-fiction, they should at least get their science-fact correct. If you expect people to suspend their disbelief, the core belief needs to be there.

Why would someone create something like that in the first place? Why the frell would anyone be turned into a statue in the first place? Wouldn't it be easier to just kill them?

Oh, it's better than Red's canon. That doesn't even have a freaking map and people are walking all over the place and stopping for Plot-Advancing Naps. At least with my canon they could explain it.
They haven't, but they could.
The going theory is that there are a few things around that do resurrections, and some people... would use those no matter the cost. So if you really want someone out of circulation, statufying them is as good a thing to do as any.
I might actually agree if it at least knocked the people out in the process, but noooo.

I understand punishment, but that is cruel and unusual. There has to be some way to take people out of circulation, shall we say, without immobilizing them with their thoughts. If they weren't crazy before, they would go crazy just from there. How... why... What the hell kind of place do you have? They're almost worst than the IF.
