He is not human. [And that's not - not exactly a lie. The Commander knows that Master Porky used to be human at some point, but by now he's lived several thousand years and still remains with the appearance of a child, if a very frail and sickly one. Whatever he did to survive that way, he's probably not quite human anymore.]

They are genocidal monsters. The ruins of my world attest to that. Even if there are a few that aren't insane, they're still animals that will destroy anything on a whim. Civilized people, real people, don't do that.
