It has been a while since you graced my presence, I can only assume you've re-read my nightmare and it's spurred something within you. Whatever it is, I don't think I want to know. I will never understand how you summon such amusement from so many injustices and monstrous acts that have befallen upon my life and family. I know my tale isn't taken lightly by any means but the point still stands that I should best be left alone.

Still, I do hope there is a purpose to all of this. You have me curious, how couldn't I be? New place to roam and all these ideas. It's all very interesting. Though I would be careful trying to get into my mindset, I can't imagine it's a pleasant place to settle these days. Not with that thing still hunting me.

I would say your only mistake was the treatment of the creature. Of course it would grow to hate you if you, its father, rejected it.
