I can't see anything particularly grand or noble in it. People training to learn how to fight, but that's a lot different than trainin' to learn how to kill. Since they don't know the difference, not sure if they're gonna be able to survive long with what they've learned.

But eh, maybe they'll surprise me. Normal folk are quite weird, as ye say.
