Mun wants to enable, Eight does not approve

You know, there are several reasons why this is not a good idea. Alright, so maybe I can only come up with two at the moment, but they are two very good reasons.

The first reason being that Charley seemed quite emphatic in her letter about not wanting to see me again. What part of "do not look for me" makes you think that you should convince some other mundane to drag her to Asgard?

Secondly, why in Kasterborous would you have her dragged into the middle of a war? You know people are going to start dying soon, and while I don't mind you putting me in harm's way -- after all, that's what I do -- I do mind you suggesting that she be put into the line of fire. Especially after what happened to to Lucie, Tamsin and Alex.

On the other hand, at least there's three and a half other me's around, and plenty of other companions... and I do miss her...

[He narrows his eyes.] You're manipulating me again, aren't you? Just great. Well, if she appears and gets hurt, I'm holding you responsible, mundane.

...why do they laugh when they think about us getting hurt? It's a little disturbing.

And she wonders why I don't want her to have someone drag Charley here. They're sadistic.

And I thought the Daleks were bad! I swear I once heard her tell someone that I "suffer beautifully". That is just a little worrisome.

Though, strangely enough, I think she wants this to make me happy. I don't know if I should be relieved or even more concerned.

I'm not sure which is worse, your mundane or mine. I don't want Evelyn anywhere near this place, especially not if there's a war on, and they can think of nothing else but how to get her here.

And yet...wouldn't it be nice to see her face again? Then again, Evelyn is a special case, I think.

Well of course it would! But that doesn't mean I want her here, especially if my mundane makes good on half the things they're threatening to do to me.

[And of course Evelyn is special, but isn't everyone they choose to take with them? Even if Six is especially fond of her.]

You should hear my mundane. She doesn't want to kill me, not because she wants to see me safe, but because she says it would be more fun to let me live to suffer other people dying. I'm half-tempted to think her insane.

But then, she wouldn't be in control of Charley's destiny. Maybe the other mundane would be a bit less cruel.

Mine wants to mortally wound me in some way and have me not die, because my reaction will apparently be 'hilarious'.

As far as I can tell, mundanes seem to consider it a point of pride to be as cruel to us as possible. I wouldn't be at all shocked if there was some sort of competition over it.
