H'lo, Adam. [He's still kind of tentative around you little godling thing you.] It's boring because, really, not much has happened there since I've arrived. And there isn't much in the way of entertainment. Right lot of duffers, they are.

Oh. I guess that is kinda' boring, then. But 's not like 'Ziraphale's gonna' make things exciting, is he? He just likes books an' stuff.

Oh, a huge one, you know, with books from all sorts of other universes! [He spreads his arms to emphasize.]

[Time to shine, Crowley. Gotta turn up that pathetically sad voice to eleven! He'd try his hand at puppy dog eyes, but doing that when you have snake pupils leads to people going insane, so.]

Bored, angel. Bored out of my mind. These people don't know the first thing about having a good time. Nor do they really seem to know much in the way of sin. Of course you'd be pleased with that, but do you know what it's like for a demon to be around that many blase people?

O-oh dear.... I hope you aren't causing too much trouble.

[He looks a bit worried. He knows Crowley and he knows Crowley's brand of mischief isn't too awful, but he hates to think of what he might be up to without the angel there to balance him out.]

Haven't had much time for it, have I? Only been there about a week, give or take. I've been learning the layout, the ins and outs. It does rather seem like I showed up between bouts of madness. It is Wonderland, after all. But who knows what I might have to do to entertain myself if things keep on like this? [Ehehehehehehe.]

[He seems to consider it quietly for a moment.]

Would I lie about something like that? And people keep bringing new books from their worlds, as I understand it.

Oh, this mun of mine decided it would be a jolly old time to summon me up and toss me down the rabbit hole. American, this one. Vindictive, the lot of 'em.

Oh, dear. Mine is American too. She had me on a spaceship once and burned my shop down. [FROWN]

Now that's just unforgivable. Burning it once was quite enough.

[He looks down sadly.] That wasn't actually the worst of it...

...Ah. [He has a very, very good idea of how that would affect the angel. Damn. Damn everything, and especially damn these muns.]

I remember everything that he did. He... He murdered a creature with one of my books for simply not being an Earth creature.

[Okay, no. No. That's not okay, and Crowley can't help but be sympathetic. And for right now, being sympathetic isn't disturbing him. The rules kind of all change when it comes to his angel.]

That's awful, angel, really. You shouldn't have to remember that.

I er... I accidentally set the shop on fire attempting to contact Heaven for guidance.

[He rubs his forehead.] That mun of yours could do with a smiting, I daresay.

I left that place not long after. The Crowley there became distant without warning.

Distant? Well, that's not like me.

I thought so too. But I hadn't heard from him since before the shop burned down. And then I left. It was... It was heartbreaking.

I'm...sorry, angel. [It's hard to say, even if it's Azi. It's just not demonic nature to apologize.] That's pretty damned awful.
