Like guilt, worry is a useless emotion. It is best to stop wasting time with it and move on.

I believe they have their place, like many things. What you do despite them is what matters in the end.

I've never found much use for them. But then I've found that very few people are as practical as I am.

I don't know about using a bed. The last time I tried to stand on one, I nearly cracked my head in half.
