What do you mean I can't have a wolf or two? Not as if I would encourage them to shift and stay that way. Minions are a part of my entire history, not to mention wolves. Why would adopting a werewolf or two be wrong?


Would you stop calling it abuse? If they behave, then there's no abuse.

It isn't a horrible thing! In exchange for room and board and protection, said minions would complete tasks. Kind of like being employed, without the money, and with a bit of a desperation to please... well, in this case, me.

You'd be surprised the number of people out there that want a life where they're pampered, cared for and have someone looking out for their best interest. That I chose to look for those with extra abilities and skills doesn't change that there are those that seek that kind of life.

Yes, yes they do. Well, some of them do. Some are on their own. Others have lost their packs. Then there's the ones that want out, who want a better life.

Shouldn't they be pampered? Besides there are methods I have for ensuring they don't do that. I'm against dying. [Again.]

Are you asking because you want to come rushing in to save them, or are you genuinely curious about working for me?

I'm sure some of them do. You give a person some power, like an alpha, and suddenly they let it go to their head.

Why do you think werewolves are below you? I mean, if you need protection that means they're stronger than you anyway...

Yes, that works so wonderfully for their pack leaders. Until they turn on them and kill them. There's nothing sweet in being slaughtered by your underlings.

It did at one time. Made a land fear. Now though, now I just go about my business, being circumspect. Mostly.

I have defenses against them, though most of the month they are pack creatures leaning towards servitude. It's their nature.
