I should say you should probably find a more productive undertaking to channel your efforts into, but I suppose with the stark absence of any such endeavours in this environment I can't really criticize.

I'm sure you have your own ideas. Meditating or training are usually viable options, to start with, before we delve into the host of things that arise from being... here, or existing as we do.

Most my time is spent reining in errant Elswords, however, so you'd likely get more done than me in any case.
