Drama Drama Duck?

[ A strange look appears on Sawako's face. Her eyes are narrowed and she's staring up. Perhaps it looks like she's observing something the realms of regular human eyes cannot see... Maybe there's some kind of ghost around.

Really, she's just trying to figure out why that sounds like really cute, fuzzy ducklings are acting out Shakespeare. It's so cute..

But, would she really do well in a game like that? ]

Mun, you said a lot of different types of people without many friends have been ending up there lately?

[ It might sound like she's making a comment on the mass numbers of friendless losers there, but really she's just.. excited. If people like that have been able to make friends, then maybe.. Maybe she could too. Maybe she could fit in and sit next to someone and be able to see them happy because she said hello to them. She knew what it was like to be lonely, so if she could say "Hello" and they could just say it back...

Of course, her expression right now doesn't really reflect this sentiment. ]

[The weird thing is a little annoyed, because clearly she was being OBVIOUS and that any person with HALF A BRAIN would know the topic of discussion here.]

I have grown used to a certain level of eccentricity when dealing with your species, however, you possess an energy that is vaguely reminiscent of my people. Subdued, of course, as our existence is often considered an affront to the laws of nature, and yet definitely, unmistakably, perverse.

It's little wonder you find yourself pining for socialization. I myself find communicating with those of your kind difficult enough. Though with your level of deviancy, I would suspect the statistical number of individuals that would be able to withstand your disruptive state of abnormal would also be unbelievably low.

[ On occasion, Sawako's brain doesn't work the same way most peoples' do.

As she reads through the response a few times, Sawako considers it. The phrasing is definitely odd, so it takes her a moment, but she thinks she understands what she's saying. After all, it's not an uncommon response to her.. well, facial expressions and what she says.

There's a reason she gets called "Sadako" more than her actual name. ]

I-I know I seem like this, but I didn't crawl out of a well... I don't really have psychic powers either.

[ A beat. Her tone changes a bit from that shy voice, attempting to explain, as though she's come to a decision. ]

Well, maybe I do if I can see you.

[ More importantly though.. ]

So even though I look like this, it-- it's a misunderstanding. I'm not angry or trying to curse you.

[She blanches. Curse? From a HUMAN?]

[All of a sudden the air around the girl seems to rumble and shake. Then all at once there is a chorus of a hundred disembodied laughs and giggles before Gl'bgolyb herself lends her voice into the hysteria. It's rather unsettling, the type of thing that Lovecraft would write endless volumes on.]

What sort of curse could you think to put on ME? HEHEHE... oh, that's RICH.

[ This person actually seems kind of scary. Honestly, she's freaking Sawako out a little bit.

Maybe she's someone Sawako should try to imitate when acting like a ghost or some kind of scary thing for her classmates... They seem to like it when she plays into the character they've set out for her after all. But for now, it'd be rude to imitate her to her face or anything, so she better respond. Sawako starts rather suddenly after a few moments of silence. ]

I-I didn't mean I was going to! I p-promise, I don't have that kind of power!

[ She held a hand out in a 'stop' sign as though she was trying to stop either of them from getting ahead of themselves.. ]

Heh. You seem somewhat knowledgeable, but clearly you don't have the basic fundamentals to know what you are talking about.

A curse is a manifestation of extreme feeling. Most specifically, negativity, death, fear, and hate. However, curses can also manifest in other ways that are far darker than your conceptualizations. A truly dark curse can cause pain and suffering into the body, mind, ground, sky, even the very air you breathe. It will envelop you and enshroud you like an all-consuming haze until you forget what it is like to ever live with anything else. Why, it may be so overwhelming that it would break your mind.

Do you really think you could break my mind, girl? Even if you were to try, I don't think you could scarce fathom the horrors I've born witness to. You're cute, I'll give you that, but your eccentricity is harmless. Even juvenile, compared to what I have seen.

[ Sawako's face falls, her head tilts down. She really, really doesn't want to. Her eccentricities.. they're completely harmless. She just wants people to realize that. So as this person goes on and says that, she nods almost determinedly, like it's a set in stone fact. ]

I-I'm completely harmless!

[Though she is getting a bit annoyed since this is repeating what she's been saying this whole time. She's starting to think the whole "listening" thing is a foreign concept to Sawako.]

But that doesn't change the fact that you're weird. For a human.

[ She knows people think strange things of her, that she can be a little slow sometimes when it comes to understanding what people are trying to say or what their intent is, and she makes mistakes when it comes to others and herself.

She tries to move away from this though.. Be friendly, right? ]

[ Sawako isn't sure that she can pronounce that right, so that causes quite a bit of clearly flustered fidgeting. Shifting to the left, to the right, wiggle wiggle.. Ah.. Maybe she should just try it. With a blush on her cheeks, Sawako tries to say it. ]

G-Glub...Glub-goriib?

[ She tried. ]

[She looks pouty and angry because it's not THAT hard, ugh. And then there's a whisper behind Sawako ... though there is nobody there to actually say it.]

"Glub glub."

[ And that sent a shiver straight up her spine. Sawako's back straightened and flustered, she looks back and forth in a panic. ]

Where did that come from!?

[ Normally scary stories and horror stuff doesn't bother her but it's never actually happened to her before.. ]
