Despite there being much expression on his face, the slight downward twitch of his eyebrows (if you can see them underneath his hair, that bandana, and the high collar of his swooshy cape) indicates that he's probably displeased. ]

However... I do not think having me room in a basement closet is as... entertaining as you seem to think.

I... Uh. Sorry. [He backs up a few steps then, and readjusts his hat so it's hiding his face a bit.] I didn't mean anything by it, man.

[His own fashion sense got him picked on a lot and the last thing he'd wanted was to make someone else feel like that. When he saw Vincent he'd just hoped for someone that would be willing to talk fashion with him. He'd expected a counter-argument, not a glare that made him wonder if perhaps he should just walk away now while he still could. This was why he hated people...]

[He's quiet for a long moment, thinking.] Have you... Have you ever had any experience with demons?

[But then he laughs nervously, trying to take it back and play it off as nothing.] Sorry, that was a joke. Probably in bad taste to. [But his body language and the tone of his voice suggest it was anything but a joke.]

[ Vincent would have gone still if he... weren't already pretty still, but his gaze sharpens, as he stares for a moment before looking away. ]

[He just stops and stares for a moment, dumbfounded.] You... have? You weren't in the Vortex World, I would have known if you were. So... how?

No, it was a human that destroyed the world. Demons just happened to run the weird in-between world it turned into. My friend managed to fix everything and bring the world back but...

[He cut off then. Things might have gotten back to normal, but it was obvious the whole thing left some mental scars on the kid.]
