Actually, I've been stuck on a sex island with a collar forced around my neck. Also, a giant squid is attacking the place.

Yeah. The self-proclaimed goddess who runs the island takes sex as her coin of payment. You pay her "homage" by hopping in the sack with someone, she loosens it up for you. If you refuse, it just keeps gettin' tighter every day.
