I would say 'long time, no see', but I don't think it strictly counts if I've just been hanging around your headspace collecting dust and debris. Why didn't you wait another few months? I would have started to fossilize by then, I'm sure.

In all fairness, though, don't you think it might be beneficial to at least take a glance at my canon source before trying to play me again? Alternate Universe or not, some similarities are expected.

Probably a little a both, considerin' the muns in question. Though mine is goin' on about hae sometimes th'world jus' gets pregnant with an idea, but tha' sounds a bit messy an' inaccurate, really.

It does. But then, what's the point of a metaphor if it's clean and perfectly suited to the situation in question? The more awkward-fitting biology comparisons, the better, really.

I'll take yer word fer it, but I'm jus' goin' to point out there's a reason I went into engineerin' an' nae one a th'natural sciences. Like biology. Namely I'd like t'avoid awkward comparisons t'biological functions, if at all possible. Especially if there's a far more likely explanation than tha'.
