I've heard a few different complaints. Someone said the candy muted his emotions and another said someone they knew was unable to keep his mouth shut. I didn't try them myself.

Equipment is sparse and most of it isn't what I would call functioning. [ He can't help but sigh. ] I wasn't able to get my hands on any of it, or else I would have. Most of it seems to have disappeared and people have mentioned the side effects of it over the network. It should be enough to ward anyone off of trying a piece if they do find some.
