I'm Daring Do. Don't call me Ms. Do. It sounds formal and stupid. I have no attendance policy, so if I'm not there, I'm out exploring an ancient temple. You can also skip class, but make sure to dig something cool up for me when you get back.

[She then goes on this huge rambling spiel of an adventure she went on. It's the usual for her, with deathtraps, ancient evils, Ahuizotl, deathtraps, her assistants, deathtraps, escaping deathtraps, and more deathtraps.]

...and that is why you do not want to make the seaponies angry.

(Through that entire spiel? Rainbow Dash. Stayed. Awake~! She never once nodded off or fell asleep, as she probably would've with Twilight!)

There's room for another assistant on your adventures...maybe a fellow Pegasus...?

[Daring sizes this blue pegasus up.]

You really think you can keep up with me and whoever my assistants are?

(Rainbow's grin could eclipse the sun. But she responds not only with a nod, she responds by flying high into the sky with both hooves stretched out and...within a matter of seconds...!

SONIC RAINBOOM~!!! for Daring to see right before landing right back where she took off.)

[Daring Do stares in awe as Rainbow Dash performs the Sonic Rainboom.]

...Okay, yeah. I'm impressed. You're in.

(Squee, squee, squee~! She simply smiles happily.)

I'll do my best on your upcoming adventures, Daring~!

[Daring finally gains a smile again.]

I'm sure you will. You might even be able to stand against Krastos and his teleporting tricycle. Oh, one more thing: You'll get into way more trouble while adventuring with me because that always seems to happen to me for some reason. It's like those deathtraps are following me.

(Rainbow nods, a determined look crossing her features.)

No problem! Long as I stick with you and we work together, those deathtraps will be begging to stay away from us.

('Us' meaning Daring, Rainbow and all of her other assistants, of course.)

Let's hope that's the case, then.

I haven't picked up any new leads for any ancient artifacts recently, but there was that small incident with the volcano in the Canterlot University Garden. We'll just have to wait, so I might be able to teach my class more often.

Of course! What's it like teaching at Canterlot? One of my best friends was born and raised there before moving to Ponyville.

(Waiting is never her strong point, but she can learn it - and learn patience, too.)

It's not so bad. It's fun teaching my students. Masra and the other professors yell at me for things sometimes, but I mean well. Plus it brings a smile on my face to see all of my students so eager to learn. Especially Mahavir. I've taken him on a few adventures.

That's great! I'm sure lots of ponies would love to be a student in your class. Those other professors should try getting out from their desks now and then. Has Mahavir enjoyed going on your adventures, besides the deathtraps I mean?

Some of them do. Storm Talon and Tabby. Sometimes maybe other professors, too.

Of course he does! I'm there with him.

(Total squee moment. Rainbow relaxes after a bit.)

It's unquestionably refreshing to see the youth devote free time to their studies. Those who choose not to shirk such responsibility show the most promise.
