You realize, of course, that it's been more than a year since you've played me. More than two years since you watched any of the films and longer still since you've read any of the books. As much as I enjoy your attention, it's really not a clever idea. Especially if you're thinking of that...
War game. As appealing as the weather there may be. [All that sarcasm right there.]
And I would recommend not inviting Aro into your headspace. It would cause more trouble than it's worth, I promise you.

[Teeny tiny sheltered vampire!]

Ah...
[How do explain to tiny vampire?]
It's another word for people disagreeing with each other.

When mommy and daddy disagree, they kiss and make up.

Your mommy and daddy love each other though, and want to be with each other forever. These people, they don't feel like that towards each other.

[Her mother said she didn't like her father very much at first either. But apparently they shared an umbrella and... well now they like each other.]

They live very far away from each other, little one. I don't think that they could.

[But he laughs softly.]
Well, it isn't likely to be this cycle that she sends me. She does have to read several books now.

That's all right. Mine hasn't decided what to do with me yet.

I'll likely be headed that way. And I wouldn't mind having family there to make it less troublesome.

... I know I'm late but I couldn't resist
I wish I could offer some glimmer of hope, but in my experience they're all that bad. Mine certainly didn't let years since she'd last read the series stop her. On the positive side, bringing this point to her attention did prompt her to start rereading. Hopefully your mun will do the same?
As to the game...
[He hesitates, troubled.]
I'm sorry. I hope they think better of it. Unfortunately most of the games seem to be that way. The one mine is thinking of would....
[He doesn't want to say it. He's hoping it won't happen still, and also it would make Carlisle sad 8(]
Well. It's not the sort of place I'd prefer to be sent.
Never late <3
[At least in a war game, he can be of use and help with treating the injured but still... War. Everyone knows how much Carlisle likes physical confrontations.]
What kind of place is it, Edward?
[Tell vampiredad everything, vampireson.]
:D
[But Carlisle would think first of how he could help people. That's one of the many reasons he's better than Edward. And yes he is casually answering thoughts instead of words. Luckily Carlisle is used to it.]
It's....
I suppose the best way to put it would be a battle royale. They call it a game, but the game in this case is murdering the other players before they can murder you. It's televised. The public has to be entertained somehow.
[His smile is bitter now, with an edge of self-loathing. It's a game that Edward would be very good at, when and if he decided to play, and he hates himself for it, a little.]

Murder? Edward, you can't... [He can but thinking of Edward somewhere like that... Especially after his mun finally decided against sending someone there herself. He just doesn't want to imagine his son there.]
Be careful.

[His voice is a little wretched.]
But I'm not sure I can't either. They would kill me if I did nothing and....
I don't think I'm strong enough for that. Everyone there-
[HEAD IN HANDS]

It'll be alright, Edward. I know that you're strong to do what you need to and smart enough to figure out what that is, there.

It will be harder because I almost certainly won't be able to read minds. It would be easier if I was going to be... myself, with everything that I can and cannot do intact. But that won't be the case. And even if it were-
In these... arenas there won't always be...
I wouldn't be able to starve myself like you did the first time, I don't think. Especially not somewhere that there's likely to be so much blood.
