Actually, he wasn't a terrible boss. He dressed like a Miami coke dealer pretending to be Tony Montana, he shouted, he was violent, he was impulsive — but he got things done. He rarely required my advice. It was clear he only retained my services so I could handle the details and day-to-day work. He never hit or hit on me. And we agreed never to speak of the mannequin incident.

That said, I'm happy to find other employment. Perhaps something with a lower likelihood of being tied up and set on fire.
