Actually, he wasn't a terrible boss. He dressed like a Miami coke dealer pretending to be Tony Montana, he shouted, he was violent, he was impulsive but he got things done. He rarely required my advice. It was clear he only retained my services so I could handle the details and day-to-day work. He never hit or hit on me. And we agreed never to speak of the mannequin incident.
That said, I'm happy to find other employment. Perhaps something with a lower likelihood of being tied up and set on fire.
