Hello, mun!
I'm really excited you didn't decide to let me stagnate until I quieted down. I've watched that happen to a few others in that 'headspace' of yours, but I think the two of us are getting on fairly well, don't you?
I know that, ultimately, I have no say in where you end up putting me, and I know that your tastes tend to veer on the... darker side of things. But despite that, can you at least put me somewhere where I can do some good and make people happy? It doesn't matter if I know them or not; I'd love to see certain familiar faces, of course, but it's not necessary. There are lots of people in these so-called 'games' that look to be absolutely miserable, and I'd feel a lot better about things if I can put a smile on people's faces.
That's all I wanted to say, mun. Maybe you should get back to work now. Idle hands, and all that.

What have we just been talking about? I thought you were smart enough to keep up.

... which, fine, I suppose that's specific enough, considering what I'd said earlier.

What do you think?
[That wasn't said harshly.]

[That was more of a grumble. He hates 'manners.']

Thank you. I'll be happy to do what I can to keep you out of too much trouble.

[He means, it's more the patching up that might be required.]

[It's more of a challenge than an invitation.]

[Challenge accepted, Mr. Holmes.]
