To the one called Mundane:
It is somewhat endearing to s33 you so excited. I must admit, I too f33l my earnestness growing, especially now that two of my companions may be there. I am also most curious about these young humans you wish for me to 'adopt'. Still, it is as they say, do not count your cluckbeasts before they hatch. We are not certain if someone with so ambiguous a history as mine will enter, and understandably so.
Now please do stop flailing before you give yourself a blood pusher attack.

Although, I Must Agree That We Should Not Be Counting Any Cluckbeasts Before Their Hatching. It Is Still Worth Trying, And I Do Hope That Things Go Well For All Of The Mundanes Involved, But I Do Not Want Them To Grow Upset If It Turns Out We Are Unable To Enter.

If not, there will always be other opportunities.
It would be so good to s33 the rest of you again, and while it is rather disconcerting to be taken against ones will, it s33m like such a quaint place.

My Own Mundane Is Contemplating A Grand 'Library,' Should This Place Not Work Out For The Three Of Us. I Believe You Would Enjoy It There, For Both Its Records And The Prey Skulking Through Its Halls.
All Of These Places Are Disconcerting, Though, In This Regard. But I Will Accept This So-Called Imprisonment If I Am To See You Both Again. I Have Missed You Greatly, Magdayma.

There is?? [Er]
Yes, that does seem quite enjoyable as well. It has b33n so long since I have b33n able to sit down and enjoy a good book. It would be so nice to be able to read with you as well. We never did have much of a chance to share our favorites, did we?
no subject
Yes. It is Simply Referred To As The Library, And Gives Its Residents Access To The Worlds Within Its Books.
Perhaps We Would Be Able To Find Our Favorites There, So That We May Have That Opportunity Now. Though There Is The Slight Problem Of The Beasts Running Free, You Are A Skilled Huntress, And I Am Not Yet Beyond My Time.

I Am Glad That My Own Is Beyond That Age Now. I Believe My Blood Pusher Would Suddenly Seize If Such Reckless Behavior Could Occur Again Like That.

[Tell her embarrassing bb stories. She would love to tease him with them.]

More Benign Behavior That Did Not Cause Me Such Distress Often Lead Me To Cleaning Him Of Mud From Places I Did Not Originally Know We Were In Possession Of.

Even At The Risk Of Discovery, He Still Fought For A Strangers Right.

You raised him beautifully, Heuadni.

I Did Only What I Could And What I Felt Was Right. I Am Thankful, For Him And The Experiences He Gave Me.
But Most Of All, I Am Thankful That He Could Meet You, Magdayma.
no subject
I. Thank you. I too am glad to have him in my life, as well as you and the Psiioniic.

Faint amusement all up in this. ]
The Two Of You Were - Are, I Should Say - Very Important To Him. To See The Three Of You Together, I Must Say Those Remain Some Of My Happiest Memories.

Do not speak so, as if you are only our overseer. I am certain am not speaking solely for myself when I say that you are like the family which we have only observed only in other species.
[Pause]
Well, not only.
no subject
It Was Unprecedented, Amongst Our Species. To Be The First Recorded Instance Of A Family Is One Of Honor, Despite Everything That Happened. I Would Not Have Chosen Anyone Else To Watch Over, As Something Far More Than A Lusus.
I Will Always Think Of The Three Of You As My 'Children.'

Kitty!

Well, hello there. You gave me a surprise.

[Still hugging you since she hasn't heard any complaints.]
no subject
Not that I mind, but may I ask what brought this on?

What's a lusus?

In truth, I am more concerned for those they call humans. It seems they will face a great degr33 of prejudice from the natural inhabitants of that world.
no subject
[Equality senses tingling. He's immediately concerned for these humans and this apparently prejudice, but at the same time there's a little something extra bubbling up within him that sort of alarms him.]

[and he looks pretty unhappy about this.]

[....OH. That was. Odd. He is kind of angry right now!!]
no subject
More often than not, I f33l it is about fear rather than ignorance. We will just n33d to do our best to purrtect those humans, and hopefully dissipate some of this prejudice. Unless my mundane is mistaken, neither of us will be regarded disdainfully, and so our words may carry some weight.
[Though in truth...even if Signless may not be the pariah here that he was back home, a part of her is still afraid for him. She can't bear the idea of losing him twice.]
no subject
The hand on his shoulder does wonders to calm him though and he just kind of stands there dumbly blinking at her.]
i... yes. yes that would be best. if we can make a change for the better we should. i...i'm not sure what just came over me. Magdayma?
no subject
no subject
of course not. such emotions will not rule me as they have ruled our kind for so long.
no subject
Should you ever n33d, we are always there to listen. [Bit of a wry smile, especially since she won't really be able to do much talking, come game-time]
no subject
always.

of course, because i can't be trusted to flee with reckless abandon into a mob of angry highbloods without my greatest accomplice.
you are aware that he gets in as much trouble as i do, Magdayma.
