Still trying to decide? The underwater world—Vatheon, was it?—was rather fun, and this world of dreams seems just as interesting. Particularly since Twilight Sparkle and some of her friends are there. I'm sure she would have some rather interesting reports for me. On the other hoof, I wouldn't want to get in the way of her fun. [a light, amused laugh.]

It's up to you, but I think it would be a fun experience. I've never really entered dreams before since that was more of Luna's domain. [thoughtful pause.] Actually, this world would be right up her alley, wouldn't it?

Oh, I've always loved dreams! That's the one place where everypony-- [He flies off her back, effortlessly taking his head from his shoulders like he's a Mr. Potato Head or something and then shaking the head in his hands until his eyes roll around like marbles in their sockets.] --is as crazy as I am! What fun, what fun, especially when you go inside a sleeping pony's and mess around a bit. [Pop back goes the head on his neck.]

[she's a bit startled by his sudden appearance, but realizing who it was she just side steps the moment he flies off to look at him and wonder if he is from before or after his reformation.]

It's kind of hard to tell if he's reformed or not. At the very least, he hasn't tried snapping up an army of gazelle rabbits?]

[Discord lets out a huff, shaking his head as the sparking flower baton thing lands in his hands and turns into a deck of cards, which he starts shuffling in impossible ways, hand to hand up and down side to side. Look, he has issues staying still, okay?] I keep forgetting how boring you are, Celestia. Maybe a game will teach you a little something about having fun.

[Maybe it'd be a little easier to tell if he had had more than a few days to do his reforming. :| ]

There's a difference between some light merriment when it's to the benefit of others and not just for yourself, Discord. [ie, she can be quite the troll, but there is difference between her sense of "play" and Discord's. harmless fun vs. chaotic mess?]

As for the Gala, while things didn't go quite as expected, no harm was done.

No harm? I remember hearing a fair bit of crashing. Ah, and who knew Fluttershy and Rarity had such edges hidden under their lovely exteriors? I was a bit surprised as well, but as you probably know most, everyone has a different side to them. Some are just seen less often than most.

Oh, the usual. Looking over my subjects, reading, walking through the gardens. Traveling to other cities and regions can also be rather enjoyable.

[He stops bouncing the paddleball suddenly, then after a moment's thought, offers it to Celestia. Believe it or not, this is his way of being nice.

It's a little hard to compress. Mostly I've just been carefully examining the situation. There are a lot of mysteries to be solved, and of course I can't figure everything out with just Rainbow Dash and Rarity, so I've been making friends with some of the humans there.

I am most certain that you will be able to learn and solve those mysteries in time, and reaching out to form new friendships is a step in the right direction. I'm glad to hear you progressing in what you could likely consider as a new course in your studies.
