Someone's muse is back... and he seems restless.
Well, well, well. Long time, no see, Mun! See now this is an interesting turn of events! Am I flattered? Maybe... possibly...
[He's really trying to hold in that big grin of his.]
Oh who am I kidding? This is like some big reunion or what have you. But I already knew the inevitable. You missed me. I think that's the most flattering part of it all. I'd be lying if I said that I didn't miss you back... but I can't say that it's been lonely. This headspace of yours is rather lively, if I do say so myself. Quite the interesting group of... [He thinks on the right word to use there for a second.] ...people, I suppose, for the lack of a better term. A great big mash-up of worlds, non-humans, humans, sort-of humans, et cetera, et cetera, blah, blah...
But never mind that.
Let's talk plans. Plans, plans, plans. Do you have any? I mean, here I am, and here you are... but then again, I'm not one for plans myself, and we both know that already. We should do something, go somewhere. I'm sure you could find somewhere interesting for us to go, hm?
Come on, mun. You know I won't wait around forever.

Here, Doctor. A Jr. Eldritch Abomination :3
My goodness somebody is full of energy. It's a rare thing to see around here.
Re: Here, Doctor. A Jr. Eldritch Abomination :3
Oh, now what do have we here?

I could ask you the same question.
Is that a disguise, or does your kind naturally look human? I have branching question depending on you answer.
no subject
[Hey wait a minute. She said "your kind." He arches an eyebrow at her.]
Well now. You seem to be quite the perceptive one, aren't you? What makes you think that I'm not human? I walk, talk, have the appearance of one. That's all fine and dandy. Why ever would make you think otherwise?
no subject
Two heartbeats?
no subject
Oh... oh. [...] But you... Huh. There's no way unless you... well, I suppose anything is possible. It's possible... because you're not human at all either. You're listening on a different frequency... or you're just amplifying soundwaves somehow... aren't you, you lovely, brilliant, interesting... now, what are you exactly? I don't think I've ever seen anything like you before. And believe me, I've seen plenty.

[She says dismissively, as though that was not important right now. Although, for the sake of the Doctor's player, the "furthest ring" is signifying beyond the rim of the universe, where the known space becomes empty void]
So if you are going to disguise yourself as a human, does that mean you study them too? What is your interest with them? As you are as they appear, you must find them easier to study. What would be the sense of this?
no subject
[Because right now, he's not exactly scared. Well, then again, he's never really that terrified over other alien beings. If anything he finds her... cute.]
So, you're saying you're beyond existence... but you exist. That's a bit backwards, don't you think? But who am I to question...
Ah, oh yes. It's not really a disguise. I mean, it makes it easier to get around Earth, I suppose. I quite enjoy this body, thank you very much. And humans... oh humans they are really the most brilliant beings out there. There's just... so much potential-- always surprises when they're around. They're the best kind of company.
no subject
Potential? Them? I don't care about their potential. My species has the power to distort the fabrics of time and space at our leisure. Were are the penultimate species in the universe in that regard. Their "potential" is no greater than any other sentient being I have come across, which is to say, it is inferiorly miniscule.
no subject
The thing with humans is... they're just babies. They are capable of learning, molding, evolution. Compared to the rest of the Universe, they're just beginning. They have that potential to become so much more... and they will. Time grants them that. It is infinitely more interesting to see what they will become, and how they'll get there.

[Look at that, he's simply beaming at you.]
It really has been a while, hasn't it? A year? Maybe even two, now that I honestly think about it. Donna, Donna, Donna... you look... as incredible as always.
[See these two skinny arms? You best be coming into them for the biggest hug ever!]
no subject
That's for abandoning me! Almost two years! Oh, I bet it was nothing to you Mr I'm Over 900 And Looking Fabulous! But look! Look! I'm getting more wrinkles!
no subject
Wrinkles? Noooooo. You don't look like you've aged a day since the last time we saw each other. [He's a terrible liar, too.]
And you can't be putting the blame on just me, you know! Silly mun of mine mumbling some rubbish of me being too smart for her to handle or whatnot.
no subject
[ She's missed him really, honest! ]
no subject
[Smile. Smile smile smile. How could you ever get tired of this face? Huh, Donna? Huh?]
no subject
Give over, you prawn.
no subject
Admit it. You missed me.

You know, excluding the bit of you wanting to take over the Earth and all that... crazy. [Cough.] I mean, you're just a tad bit mad, but aren't we all?

[He raises his eyebrow.]
Are you really, now? How are you going to go about achieving this whole, "getting better" bit?

Looks like I didn't hear wrong.
