The vendors on Bhor all sell different things. You have to go there with a shopping list and search through them to find what you need. And contraceptives are...ah...things used to prevent pregnancies or sexually transmitted infections.

While drugs would prevent pregnancies, they don't prevent the spread of...sexually transmitted diseases. These will probably be, ah, barrier methods.
