sweven or somewhere.
[One police officer, Detective Inspector, who has been staring at his writer for hours because she's got a hell of a lot of cheek, a lot of spunk, a lot of...god knows what but it can't end well.
And so.]
Bit premature don't you think?

[sigh] I've got things I've got to bloody well do.
That and if he finds out.
[Sherlock will laugh. The writer is convinced.]
no subject
[Someone is annoyed. SO annoyed by his writer's shenanigans.]
And if he does find out, I recommend reminding him that he is here for the same reason that you are.

...Where does the British Government stand on mass kidnapping?
no subject
We do not approve, though there seems to be very little we can do about the situation at present.
no subject
[He did give Sherlock a chance, after all. Five years on, still gives Sherlock a chance.]

Then posts. When she kept talking she was going to do it two, three times. I don't know, didn't seem to follow through.
[He's worried about his writer because new fandom. Baw.]
no subject
[And that's about as close as Sherlock gets to expressing that he might like Lestrade.]

Right, small brain, I shall use little words so that you understand me.
[Now he speaks very rapidly, as if offering the solution to a deduction.]
They like to inflict pain on us. If they like us or hate us, they will inflict more pain than they do on the rest. You want to be good enough to encourage them to play with you, but not so good that they want to torture you.
no subject
Anything else I ought to know?
[What he's thinking: Is there any way out of this. Proper answer. No. But the man can dream.]
I shouldn't be surprised that you have a handle on this already despite the incongruity of the situation. Still a sort of kidnapping isn't it.
no subject
I went willingly. My mun has the same issue with boredom that I do.
[Sort of - no shooting out walls. Sherlock doesn't mention how displeased he was with the idea at first.]
no subject
And does she have you shooting up zombies or rehabilitating or doing anything along those lines?
no subject
And a place where... one reality bleeds into another.
[He shrugs - neither of those seem too bad.]
no subject
...Gosh, and here I was complaining about a simple trip to the states. Even with the ensuing apparent super powers one reality bleeding into another along with an abandoned city..
[he hesitates] You supposed to give that city a government?

...Are you taking John with you?
no subject
I wanted to. But none I've met want to go... It is, of course my biggest worry. I need an assistant.
[No mention of John being his only friend.]
no subject
...You're not one to quit. Sure it'll work. Or he'll stay out here and maybe London won't fall into anarchy.
no subject
[Sherlock sighs.]
I'm not convinced that I want to go anywhere alone...
no subject
Sherlock are you sure this isn't some.. [queue handwaving] ...Some sort of slavery ring?
no subject
[He's not sure, he hates not being sure and sighs heavily.]
Unless there is something we can do about it, best not to waste our breath.

[Serious, brooding pose for a moment. It doesn't fit him. It's replaced with an exasperated sigh.]
I've got paperwork. I've got cases. Sherlock'll be out doing things.
[serious look] Are you all right?
no subject
Wha? Well, y-yes. Why, do I look..n-not all right? [She blinks, looking down at herself, now suddenly self-conscious]
Molly I just-wanna wrap her up in all the hugs. You guys are freaking brilliant.
Mine's got aspirations of joining up with her local police force in some capacity and says I'm more along the lines of an actual "cop" then the man himself.
[amused] did say I was a bit underrated. I guess that was nice.
[And then concern] What? No. You look fine. Nice. [Awkward gesturing] Very nice. I was just asking. I'm torn between thinking this is some sort of kidnapping and a vacation.
Although from what the people in here say it's anything but. Sending people off to fight monsters and zombies.
D'awww! Thank you!
[She wrinkles her nose] Hm...yes, monsters. I've begun tackling those at another place. My mun calls it Eljay, but that's not a real word...
It can get a little...taxing, I guess - getting thrown into situations just to see how they'll turn out. Sort of makes me feel like a guinea pig, sometimes.
[Still, she brightens into a smile. Ever the optimist] Still, at least we've got our friends, right?
<3
[Except he wouldn't trade it for anything and it shows. He was born to be a police man and to be quite honest watching Sherlock work is...amazing. Astounding. Nothing short of a super power.]
...John's where I'm being told I'm going. I suppose that is something. You have people looking after you right?
apologies for the very late reply!
[Molly shrugs a little and slowly nods] Yes, in a fashion. Got a friend or two I meet up with regularly, and I just recently got involved in a... I think they call them verses? Anyway, one of those things that muns like to do to experiment with strange situations.
...Actually, they do a lot of things like that, don't they?

I have to admit though, She could have done a lot worse.
no subject
Yes, always could be worse. Especially when you're at the mercy of these people.
