Your 'mouthpiece', as you called her, has all of the information with regards to my predicament. Could it be that she's been keeping information from you? I'm so glad mine doesn't bother doing that - though it's not as though she hasn't tried before; she's just given up on the idea. Apparently I can be very persuasive when I want to be.
