Because my life wasn't complicated enough, you thought it would be a good idea to go and throw some clone drama into it too? Right, sounds like a good plan. Except not. Even I can tell you this idea is insane.

Look mun, this place you want to send me to sounds great, but in case you've forgotten, I'm already in the middle of one alien war, and I'm way too busy to go get involved in another one.

I don't care if I am going to be a clone, even more reason to let me go back to my war. With two of me, how could we possibly lose?

[There's something about the way he says that and about the tone of this whole conversation that makes her uneasy. She feels like she's missing something, but she isn't going to try and figure it out. It's probably just her.]

[ He gives her a smile but his eyes are tired. The war was'nt exactly been easy without her.]

And by 'spent time with' I can only assume you mean 'were forced to be in the same vicinity as.' [There's a knot of something like guilt that begins twisting in her chest at the mention of David, but she ignores it. The anger comes more naturally.]
