[Sorry, beautiful dov, you look like some form of dragon to her. Though she's not yet assuming that dov is just another type of dragon.

A paw pushes the floor as letters disappear to be replaced.

Generally they serve the gods, and oppose the race of monsters that threaten existence as a whole. There's exceptions, of course, as with all things.

It must be a strange sight to any onlooker, particularly one who cannot see her crimson markings. Just looking at it, there's a rather happy-looking white wolf jumping on top of a holy shit that's a dragon!!!'s neck and climbing to an appropriately suitable spot for both dragon and "regular" animal alike. She's obviously done this before, those his bumps and grooves and spikes are quite new. Still, she maneuvers him like a professional dragon rider, which might be another one of her talents.

[Honored? comes that same voice, paws gently feeling the spiky scales of his, the bumps and grooves that are foreign to her. Her dragon of restoration is far different than this one, and his thick hide is extremely interesting to feel. It is I who hold the honor, great dovah! I have never seen a creature such as you, and to allow me this is generous indeed!

Few who dwell upon Vus have the pleasure of tinvaak with a god. [He is hardly immune to kind words. There's a hint of good-natured humour in his voice as he continues.] And if I am the first of my kin to meet you, then it is a rarer honour still. Is that not so?

Well. There was another kind, the ancient dragons - they wanted to be neutral in the god-monster war, and got hunted to nigh-extinction for taking that stance - and over fear of the power they had.
