Where's Marty when you need him? He could at least write something up that made me sound awesome. I'd have a new place to go to in no time.

Cuz it's better than sitting around doing nothing? Look, I liked the last place I was in! I got to kill zombies, take classes on how to be a villain, AND there was exploding penguins. But apparently it wasn't good enough for her. If anyone's gonna get her to do something with me, it's going to involve a whole lot of antagonizing.

Then go ahead! The apartments are yours. I've left stockpiles of red tape for emergencies scattered around the town unless it's decided to move them again. As long as I can take a vacation somewhere that isn't permanently overcast and haunted I'm in.

Oh, and the red tape is the only thing that keeps away the ghosts. Most of the ghosts, at any rate.

There's nothing that works on keeping the ghosts permanently away, and the hauntings aren't always the worst that you'd have to deal with in the town.
