Homeless Pitch is homeless.
You must think you're quite clever, thinking up such a funny name like that.
Now either give me something to do or I'll have to get... inventive.

Or, you know, that creates them. Nothing major, of course.

[It's both a blessing and a curse, but it's something he's getting used to.]

And then they'll start to forget because the world changes and eventually winter will be soemthing only found in the arctic circles where humanity can only survive for a few months because there's no sunlight half the year.

[He's thought about it, and it's not something he's looking forward to. But he also doubted that MiM would let him be extinguished once the planet inevitably died. There were other worlds they could go to, Bunnymund and Sandy were proof.]
Kind of hard to be the spirit of a season when you need believers, Pitch. As much as I'd love to have everyone believe in me, I ultimately don't need them to do what I need to.
no subject
[It's, at least in his eyes, a perfectly valid correlation.]
It's easier when you have people who believe in you, you get used to the power it gives you and it becomes as much a part of you as your eyes or sense of touch. When it's gone sure you can still function but it's not the same.

Let me know how that goes when Jack Frost is on the level of Santa Claus, hm?

They don't have winter in Fiji.
no subject
I'm well aware of that.

[He's kind of losing things to snark at, most people have either run screaming or just not noticed him by now.]

You've been to North's fortress, that was delusion.
no subject
[He only keeps silent at the North bit. It had been one of his dreams to break in and while he never quite did, he did get to see it. It wasn't a delusion, not to him.]

I went too big too fast, it's an easy misstep to make.
no subject
[He totally doesn't believe you.]
Sure.

Is it really worth it?
no subject
[He actually laughs at that.]
They can't get it through their heads that I might be necessary. I'm harmless compared to some of other beings that stalk the shadows.
no subject
[He scoffs.]
You sure have a great way of showing just how necessary you are when you're giving just a but more than a healthy dose of fear, Pitch.
no subject
[There's a sigh.]
So I got carried away with the first chance I got with freedom, you'd gleefully douse Bermuda in snowdrifts if given the chance.
no subject
[He sort of just gives Pitch a 'wtf' look.]
Even I say away from Bermuda.
no subject
[Seriously, one night. Not the end of the world.]
Bermuda is lovely, I'm quite fond of it. Especially the triangle.
no subject
[Because otherwise they wouldn't have done anything if it was just one night. But you made it quite clear it would be more.]
Yeah, that's the part I'd like to avoid. But please, don't stop on my account.
no subject
[They hadn't exactly known it was only going to be one night, fear of the unknown is just as good a fear as any.]
You'd be able to leave, you're not human anymore.
no subject
[You killed Sandman.]
Yeah, well, let's just say I've been there before.
no subject
[You can't kill someone who's immortal.]
I find it a fascinating way to spend time.
