regarding AU-- one potential game, and another seeeecret AU~
Superpowers.
[Charlie simply cocks a brow, looking massively unimpressed at the prospect]
I know, you're expecting something like 'just pick a theme and stick to it' but this really isn't necessary. I'm fine just the way I am-- without all the frilly special effects, so knock it off already!

Unfortunately, that seems to be fairly common. Another person that my own mun plans to send to that school has his past... changed very little. Aside from some major details, of course.
My own mun gave me a more difficult time, in my case.

In a way I can understand that mentality-- keeping true to the past that's already in place, I mean. From an investigative standpoint, it usually makes things easier.
...Pardon my prying, but how exactly? You needn't answer if you don't want to, of course.

... Well, my mun has already assumed that I had trouble with bullies normally, when I was younger... due to my appearance. In my rewritten past, while I had the same issues... I also lost what few friends I did have at the time due to people's prejudice towards mutants that they had instilled in their children. As much as it pains me to say it, I've honestly never really trusted anyone but my own mother since then.

It does give some food for thought, though. What would her father think of her if she turned out to be... hmm.]
I see...

... Unfortunately, not everyone's that lucky.

... It'll be nice seeing you there. You play soc--uh, you call it football, right? [Terminology differences @.@]

[She grins, though tipping her hat out of embarrassment...] That's if this one can keep herself focused enough to send me in. And you'd better believe it!
And don't worry about the wording so much. A sport's a sport no matter how you say it, oui?

My mun can keep reminding yours if necessary! And reserves just opened up, so...
[The grin earns one right back, though.] Right! Shindou... sort of started a team, but we don't have enough members yet...

That'd be much appreciated! It's been a long time since she's been in a proper game.
Did he, now? Well, you can count me in once I'm good and signed up! Can't afford to get rusty just because I'm abroad, heh heh.
