I met her when I was just ten, she broke into our house for food. And tried to impersonate my mother.

[The mun has been doing a few threads as young Charles too because who could resist that face? :)]

As for me, I was surprised and elated to find someone like myself. Being that I thought I was the only one.

As I've found most mutants believe. Unless they meet others like themselves. Even Erik... [He trails off from there.]

Yes, he was. So much anger too against the world. [Some of which he experienced second and first hand. His mind drifting to one of his and Erik's talks about controlling anger and serenity.] I like to think there's still good in him.
