voicetesting for a muse way smarter than her mun

Firstly, I believe sardonic applause is in order for your first attempt at this, whereupon you managed to slip a typographical error into the username. Fantastic job, and a noteworthy start to our partnership. If Yukari-sama were not already here, I might believe you not worth my time.

Secondly, I do quite appreciate you ignoring Yukari-sama's suggestion of providing me the user name "pimpmyfox" - others would get entirely the wrong idea. Yes, I know that that is the entire reason she finds it hilarious, but I am glad that you have shown the wisdom to not always listen to her words.

Finally, thank you for deigning to let me remain homeless. It is not that I would mind going somewhere, it's that the game you had originally intended for me would involve me not only losing my contract with Yukari-sama, but my memories of her as well. I understand that it is a crucial step in that world, but that does not make me any more eager to experience it.

With respects, Yakumo Ran

Why do most games takes things from everyone, Ran-sama? That's not fair!
spinningorange: (Curiosity)

O-oh...I think I know what that's like. The game I was in did that...I had to be without you and Yukari-sama. It was scary and the town did a lot of bad things...
spinningorange: (Happy~)

I missed you, Ran-sama...

(There is a tight reciprocation of that hug.)

...But that place ended a few weeks ago and everyone beat it! Does that mean I can share my strength with you and Yukari-sama?

(Jamjars are headaches like that. Have a nuzzle and a story, Ran.)

It started last year when I woke up in a backyard in a town that wasn't Mayohiga! And I was a cat! Not like me regularly, but a cat cat!

(Best way she can say "They made me stop being humanoid for a while.")

I didn't have my magic, but I made a lot of friends and they helped me very much!
spinningorange: (But whyyyyyyyy?)

There were a lot of those. Most were themed on holidays and others were just really, really mean.

(Like having your organs removed and put into jars while somehow remaining functional as long as you carried them around. Poor Orin...)

And you were there, too! But the town made you into a drone and I was really confused after that...

Those memory loss situations are rather horrible, yes. Although I suppose the one benefit to the whole thing is that you can't actually remember WHY it's horrible. I'm just glad I'm back in a game with Lady Yukari again myself.

...ah, sort of, anyway.
faithful_kitsune: Oh I'm sorry (apologetic)

The place I currently reside is guild-based. But for some reason, Lady Yukari insisted I join a completely different guild instead of serving her in her own. I still cannot understand her reasoning behind it.
faithful_kitsune: Glad to hear it! (cheerful)

[personal profile] faithful_kitsune 2012-12-19 08:25 am (UTC)(link)
Ah, of course! It makes so much more sense when you put it like that. I suppose such things truly do require one to position oneself outside of the situation.

Precisely! Ah, that IS a load off my mind. I shall have to work extra hard now so that I can assist Lady Yukari the most when she has need of more clout.

It sounds as if you've come across quite them in, self.
