Consider it both. What my mun has is a hope that they can fix their recent track-record. I don't really care if they do or not at this point. It's their life and their money to throw away.

That's something we can agree on. I'd rather go to war again for Omega then be stuck in one. Unfortunately I've been...gifted with a mun who has her eyes set on somewhere for me.

They were a necessary loss, Nyreen. Criticize the choices made all you want. You know that my being in control again gives the survivors their lives back.

While it is true that the survivors are better with you in control, that doesn't mean I necessarily agree with your tactics on getting there. Thousands died needlessly because you didn't think through all of the corners.

Their deaths made it that much easier to obtain victory. If they had to die to get the station back then so be it. There were bigger stakes at hand and we needed to make a move.

You're always willing to jump into a fight and cause a bloodbath just in the name of victory. We could've been just as effective if you had listened for even half a second, but I guess that's too much to ask of the great Aria T'Loak.

Dammit, Nyreen. You know how Omega works and you should know what war means. We didn't have the time or manpower to go around playing heroes. You might believe we could have gotten there if we did that but I know otherwise.

Omega doesn't have heroes, I know that but we could've killed less people if you had listened. Instead you wanted to strike hard and fast without thinking on what casualties it might've caused.

What were suppose to do then? Spend our time finding ways to save as many as possible and hope that Cerberus wouldn't wipe out our forces? Our numbers were already limited. Civilians served their purpose, both the living and dead.

We still had to act fast but we could've done less drastic measures. Shutting down an entire reactor is too drastic to get what we wanted. But it's fine, it's your hands that are coated in the blood of innocents and children, not mine.

Don't preach to me about what the costs of taking Omega back were. I know what they were. That there's going to be a growing hatred for choices that were made to take Omega back. What matters is that I am back in charge and that I can use the remaining Cerberus forces to give people an outlet for their anger.

Then you must be glad that I'm out of your way now to allow you to do whatever your heart desires. I'm sure you'll be taking out a fair amount of anger on those cerberus operatives yourself anyway.

[She does remember so she'll let off, she's still a little irritated at Aria but she'll temper it for now.]

[There's a slow exhale, almost a sigh. It's a fresher wound then she likes to admit and talking to her seems to have some mixed effects.]

Maybe in the process of re-building we'll do something for what you managed to accomplish.
