Voicetest went well, now searching for a game.
A game? But mun, you and I discussed this. I'm too minor a character to get a place anywhere.
But if my family is there, you know I will follow your lead there. I will never abandon them, no matter how complicated things have gotten. We need to be together. Just pick the place carefully. And try not to overload yourself. I can't help but worry - it's part of being a mother.

You sound like my mother, and so I can't help but respond with what I tell her time and time again: By being the bad example I make it easier for your other children to look good by comparison.

See now that's one thing my mother would never be able to do, because...my narwhalemice were one of the few things I took with me to boot camp.

Any rumors I sewed my younger son's narwhalmice up and sent them to him in Republic City are, of course, mere hearsay and slander.

I don't know that we've been formally introduced. They call me Bumi.

My name is Qaunak. Lovely to meet you, Bumi.

[This might be the understatement of the year. Or at very least is in the running for the title.]
Likewise, Ma'am. Would I be correct in assuming you're from my sister Tribe to the North?
I made a narwhalmouse icon. It's terrible, but it's there.
Yes sir, I am. So you're from the South, then? I'm charmed. I should warn you the last man I met from the Southern Tribe ended up marrying me in under a month.
[She's truthful, but she's kidding. No one would want her and all her baggage.]
NARWHALMOUSE!
[Given that Grin Only A Mother Would Trust, And Even Then Only After Thinking Twice, it's really not much of a stretch to imagine.]
I, for one, am unsurprised. You are kind, wise, and devastatingly attractive, and we Southern Boys are well known for being impulsive.
Well...impulsive as well as charming and handsome.
The terrors of the ocean! THEY SINK SHIPS WHEN THEY SWARM!
Actually, most men in my Tribe found my purple eyes disconcerting... only when I met a Southern boy did I ever get called attractive. I suppose your half of the Tribe might be less superstitious about such things. I do try to be as kind as possible, though. We live in rough times in many ways.
Death by cuteness!
Also death by laughter - I couldn't take a swarm of them seriously.
Oh I can. In my mind they swarm like Tex Avery cartoon characters. Making Arrows and Smiley faces.
What do you think they sound like?
Children giggling. Just to make them the slightest bit creepy.
...that's remarkably unsettling. Well done.
It's a gift

:D! Thank you!!
I would ship these two if we could play them together in a game. XD
Can you imagine the look on her adult children's faces when she brought home Aang's SON?
But they go so well together! They'd get over it. *pictures Bumi calling Amon 'son'*
"Son, if you try to lay a hand on my family again, I'm sending you to your room without dessert."
"SHUT UP YOU'RE NOT MY REAL DAD!"
"THAT'S NOT WHAT YOUR MOM SAID LAST NIGHT!"
"Noatak, sweetie, your father and I have wonderful news! I'm pregnant!" *cue freakouts*
"We're going to name him Aang, after my father. You don't mind, right?"
"...I need a drink." And thus began Amon's alcohol problem.
