These mundanes really have no sense of a person's responsibilities. [She knows that she's not...exactly there all the time but the length of time that going to a game would mean, that's. Not something she wants to think about.]

It isn't ideal but... My own mundane thought of that. Apparently Maria is already at the place she wants to send me.

In the game where she's at? I'll admit I have no idea. The premise is, supposedly, that children her age are supposed to go on a journey to capture wild animals.

...Well, if it's meant for children, at least that would mean she's safe. No rush with looking then. [ Though that would explain why the mun considered it 'a joke'. ]

Just don't waste your energy worrying about it. Save it for when you get there so you can find her.

But Beatrice came. A woman with her face came despite what happened in the past.

[And then the murders started. One after the other, her family had died in disturbing ways. It had ended with Rosa held down against a chair while her family's flesh and blood was being jammed down her throat.]

How do you explain her. And everything after her.

Someone that looked like her came. It doesn't mean it was her.

[Albeit this Rosa was taken before...that feast. Otherwise she might be singing a different tune. That her family was killed in disturbing ways, that was true. The woman had killed them.]

She could have had a relative - a daughter or a younger sister, maybe. She certainly would have a motive if that's the case.

Then how do you explain some of the things that happened? Like Jessica's death, or the goats that suddenly appeared.

[She wasn't too sure about those answers herself... Those goats didn't behave like men but she was too focused on Maria... Jessica's death had been odd, too.]

The goats were not the end, you know. I saw what happened, after the goats were gone. I had to believe then.
