On considering reapplying to Tower of Animus
This again? I thought we had determined our former "working relationship" was less than a success. To wit, you lack intelligence, and I lack respect for you.
You failed the last time due to mere oversight on your part. Shoddy work.
Yet as these games go, it isn't the worst one you could select. I do approve of the principles on which it is run. The experiments! Yes, yes. I can't deny there are some interesting subjects there, and I myself was able to conduct intriguing research without encountering any major obstacles. A death or two, but what is death to one such as myself? Nothing, nothing at all.
[He's such a superlative scientist, obviously. That's why he never dies and always wins.]
And another thing: I don't care for your idiotic sarcastic narration. I am fully aware of it, you realize. I'd almost prefer to work with Hollander.

Yes, it is me.

Hollander should pay for his crimes just as much as you. Genesis....didn't deserve what you did to him either.
no subject
Genesis? What of him? Another of Hollander's failures, though I suppose it wasn't an idea completely without merit. No, there was some promise there. A shame it was in Hollander's hands.

What you have done is disgusting. Your very body is filth and your mind is evil. You had no right to take me from my biological mother and infiltrate me like some test tube subject! [He narrowed his eyes.
As for Genesis....you had no right to use him as a playtoy either. We're living beings and deserve respect. Something, you will never understand.

As I said, death doesn't stand in the way of a great scientist.

I have as much right to be here as any other, if not more.

I was nice an' comfy relaxing on th' beach and now you appear.
no subject
Don't let me disturb you, you go on relaxing. There's no need to unsettle yourself.
[He'll just observe. He's a scientist, after all. He also likes the beach. It's so scenic. What with all the young women.]

[Hojo was one of the creepiest people she'd ever met. Not wearing a swimsuit around him. Ever.]

This is a public area.

I would like to learn more about you. A unique individual, I recall...

[That might be relief. That's frightening.]
Where are you going?
no subject
[Well, that's a better reception than all these ridiculous moralizing SOLDIERs have given him.]
It's a laboratory of sorts, though unfortunately, I do not oversee it. However, there's ample opportunity for research. It's known simply as the "Tower". I was there once before.

[Still peppy. Still no horror. Though of course she might just be hiding it well.]
I found the last place I was abysmally depressing for conducting any experiments.
no subject
There's no shortage of subjects there--I even had colleagues--and yes, I did manage to gather a great deal of data, though my analysis was still ongoing when it was unfortunately interrupted.
[For his part, Hojo doesn't mind the more positive reaction, though it is unusual from his perspective. Well, he'll see what comes of it.]
Last place? What place was this?

I can't imagine any place wanting you, to be perfectly fair. But at least I don't have to worry about you.
no subject
Are you entirely sure I won't appear?
no subject
[No. Nononono. She's already having a hard enough time dealing with the city and brainwashing and not wanting to leave her apartment without having to worry about him showing up.]
Absolutely sure. [Even though she won't sound it.]

Then you don't truly understand the nature of these "games". However unlikely it is that any one person may appear, it is not impossible, considering the temperaments of these "players".
Not that I expect higher reasoning from you.
