It's been a while...
This is utterly ridiculous, Mundane! Honestly, after all this time, you say you miss me? As if I'll believe such a thing! This is all just because you were sitting next to that English couple in the restaurant and now you can't get my accent out of your head, isn't it? Isn't it?
[M-maybe...]
Well, I won't have it! Months you've ignored me! Months! And now, all of a sudden, I'm supposed to take you back?! Just like that? [I never said that, England...] Un-bloody-likely!
[Jeez, England, why are you so angry, I'd have thought you'd be happy to get some fresh air for once, what's wrong-]
And I cannot believe you want to app at a magical school game and you're not even considering me!
[Oh...]

[Oh...]

[Tilting his head to the side a bit, smiling that damnable charming smile.] As much as I would love to try, there is no way I can win against her, with her certain... assets, I believe is the term to use.
Well, no matter. Is there really nothing to talk about? You're still talking with me, after all.

It's not my fault if you pick miserable topics. [Brushes a pigtail back with her hand.] If you wish to talk, think of something pleasant to say.
no subject
And it is quite a shame, really. They are lovely.
[With that out of the way, he smiles and draws closer. A little bit into the intimacy range of closeness, without being too far in - keeping just a bit of distance.]
Then shall I let the lady choose a topic? I am certain you will always find something pleasant to say, ma chère.

[Stiffens up a bit and goes a little pink but doesn't back away. Refuses to let him get to her.]
... Which do you think would be better, sound, wind or water magic? [England, I already submitted the app, this debate is over.]
no subject
[Oh, he's going to try to worm his way in somehow. He always does.
Francis thinks about it for a moment, before a little smarmy smirk pops up on his face.]
Why, sound, bien sûr. Any chance to hear your lovely voice... ah, it would be a delight.
no subject
Yes, well, of course. But I hardly thought I needed magic for that, I would have preferred water if given the choice. Still, we're not exactly given much say in these things, do we?
no subject
Water, mm? That is a fine choice, also. The beauty of the untamed sea... I suppose, being an island, you have grown very fond of it. Not that I love the sea any less.
[He chuckles a little.]
Non, I am afraid not. It is terrible sometimes, being a muse. But in others, it is not so bad, sometimes wonderful. Seeing you, for instance. [Aaaand the grin is back, this time along with a wink.]

[Perhaps we can share more, is the unspoken conclusion to his statement, but he'd best let her figure that part out on her own.]
no subject
Well- it's not as if I enjoy it myself or anything- my mundane might be she'll enjoy anything so- do you really have to get that carried away with that rubbish?! [What is flirting what is it]
no subject
Oui, je fais... it is more fun this way, non? But it is not "rubbish", ma gemme, it is romance.
no subject
... In any case, my mundane says that if you enjoy our time together she's more than happy to oblige. Completely against my wishes, I might add.
no subject
Ah! Well, we cannot have that. Love should never be forced on a person, despite the wishes of our mundanes. Alors, this means I should either take my leave... or convince you to enjoy yourself.

I do have a say in this matter, mais, so what if I did not? I would still be spending my time pleasantly with you, ma belle.
