On Mun's Slightly Unhealthy Obsession with Crossovers.
As interesting as your ideas sound, I'm not sure all of them are a good idea. Meeting new ponies is nice and all, but I have to think about the bigger picture. Introducing the protagonists of one world could carry the risk of introducing their antagonists, as well, and I have to keep watch for that.
[...]
It could be 'fun'? I'm not sure I would call warding off various evil forces 'fun', even if I had help. What other worlds would you even want to introduce?
[...]
[...There's a small eye-roll.]
Rant about it all you want. Equestria is just fine without things like "Social Links" or "Shadows" or whatever you're talking about. And what is a "Gensokyo", anyway?
Just go to bed already. I have a patrol to get back to and you have classes to worry about. You stay up any longer and I'm going to get my sister to talk sense into you about student discipline.
[Using your little sister as a threat. Classy, Shining. Classy.]

The Great and Powerful Trixie has just been informed by her mundane that he shows interest in such a crossover, though she is confounded as to what such a crossover would entail.

But don't fret too much about your mun's crossover ideas. I promise you, they can't beat the ones mine has come up with for sheer bizzareness, and that's not even counting Johto.

...Should I ask about what some of those ideas are or not?

Yeah, I'd say they know that place.
[It's not like his username is a shameful attempt of a portmanteau of "pony" and "paladin" or anything.]

Right. Well, you probably get the general idea already, in that case.
And frankly, I don't think a demonic invasion is something Equestria needs. At all.
no subject
No, it isn't. The Changelings were enough of a threat.

[Gj Teisel, you have eyes.]
[But why are there so many animals around this place? Several instances of cats, and now horses... what's next, dogs? Fish? Penguins?]
no subject
[Two can play at that game.]

[Teisel's posture snaps straight, expression completely changed.]
So, the mundane's been giving you a little trouble, huh? Crossovers, I'm told they're called. They aren't so bad! They're, er... a little hard to avoid, where I'm from.
[Capcom x EVERYTHING.]

[Kinda needs to know these things, what with being the captain of the Royal Guard.]

In other words, you don't have to worry too much about that, Shining.
no subject
You think so? It still seems kind of odd to me...

Gensokyo culture just so happens to be one we would get along with very well.
