He keeps saying he's trying to win me in some balloon popping game but I think it's just a way to waste time.

Muns definitely love their video games. It's hard separating them most of the time, but it's possible. Somehow.

Maybe if your mun finds an interesting enough game, he'll drop what he's doing and work on your application?
